Will there be customs fees applied to my international order ?

When ordering for delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

How long does delivery take in Europe ?

Within Europe for Standard Delivery, allow 2-3 weeks. Shipping to non-EU countries may take additional days due to import/customs clearance.

We use DHL or DPD to send Small and Medium size packages. All items are shipped in heavy cardboard boxes or freight directly from our manufacture, located in Germany.

How long does delivery take in United States and Canada ?

Within United States for Standard Delivery, allow 2-3 weeks. Shipping to Canada may take additional days due to import/customs clearance. All items are shipped in heavy cardboard boxes or freight.

How will you ship my order ?

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provided. Information regarding the delivery timeframe is nonbinding unless, in an exception, a delivery deadline has clearly been agreed upon. If the delivery service is not able to deliver your package, it will leave a note so that you may be in touch directly with the delivery service.

How much is shipping ?

Once you have the item in your cart you will be able to select from the list your country to get shipping and tax estimate.

Can you expedite shipping ?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, because all prints are made on demand.

Can I change my delivery address before the package is shipped ?

If your order has not yet been sent, we will be happy to change the address. Please contact us and provide your order number information.

What do I do if the package arrives damaged ?

If you noticed damages when receiving or opening the packing, please contact us immediately.

You may return damaged goods within 7 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will refund the original item price, delivery and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

How can I see my Tracking Number ?

Not all tracking numbers are provided to everyone at this time. If you do have a tracking number for your shipment, it will be e-mailed to you once the order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped your tracking number will also be entered into your order receipt in your account history. Please do not email us asking for your tracking number, if this option is available on your shipment, you will be given the number.
